UX SUPPORT
UX work landing with stakeholders
Research visualization, prototype polish & stakeholder decks that turn your team's insights into decisions.
The Problem
Your research is solid. But nobody's reading the deck.
UX teams do the work. They run the studies, synthesize the insights, map the journeys. Then leadership skims the presentation and asks the same questions the research already answered.
I work embedded with UX teams to turn complex findings into visual stories that executives actually engage with. Clear frameworks. Sharp visualizations. Prototypes that feel real enough to get buy-in.
Featured Work
2024 - 2025
Role: Visual Designer & Motion Graphics Lead (NDA)
Embedded with a UX team designing AI-powered features for a global cloud console. The challenge: communicating complex AI concepts to stakeholders across North America and China, bridging language and cultural barriers to align on product direction.
Research findings were solid, but presentations weren't landing. Technical concepts stayed abstract. The team needed visual frameworks that could translate across cultures without losing nuance.
What I Did
Built a bilingual (CH/EN) design system for the cloud console UX team
Created HAI (Human-AI Interaction) guidelines and visual toolkit
Designed microanimations and motion guidelines for AI assistant features
Produced research visualizations and stakeholder presentation assets
Result
UX, PM, and engineering teams aligned faster. Complex AI features became clear visual narratives that worked across languages and cultures, improving stakeholder buy-in when pitching new concepts.
