About / Scenario

Wiser Educação wasn't one brand. It was a holding: Wise Up language schools, MeuSucesso.com (an edutainment platform), Power House (Latin America's largest entrepreneurship event), Geração de Valor (a personal brand platform with millions of followers), and Wise Up Online. Each had its own audience. Each had its own communication rhythm.

Problem

A fast-scaling holding with five distinct brands needs one visual voice or it fragments. Content had to ship daily across social, events, and long-form documentary production simultaneously. There was no modular system, no shared motion language, and no production framework that could keep up.

What I DID

I joined as a Senior Motion Designer and grew into an Art Director role across the full brand ecosystem. I built the visual and motion language for MeuSucesso.com's documentary series, led visual direction for Power House across four consecutive editions, created the weekly social content system for Geração de Valor, and contributed to product design for both the MeuSucesso.com and Wise Up apps.

structure

The challenge was making five brands feel coherent without making them feel identical. I built a modular production system: shared motion templates, consistent lower-thirds and transitions, and a typography and color framework that flexed per brand while staying unmistakably Wiser.

products

MeuSucesso.com ran on documentary-style case studies, six episodes per entrepreneur, with cinematic production quality as the baseline. I designed 50+ templates that standardized animated openers, chapter transitions, lower-thirds, and endcards, giving the platform a consistent premium feel across hundreds of hours of content.

event

Power House drew 4,000+ in-person and 4,000+ digital attendees annually. My scope covered stage visuals, speaker graphics, promotional motion, and post-event content, for four editions in a row, including the 2020 pivot to a fully digital format.

results

Six years. Four Power House editions. 50+ documentary production templates. A visual system that scaled from daily social content to arena-scale event design. One brand ecosystem that held together while growing to a R$1 billion valuation.
